28% DA from July 2021 to Odisha Govt Employees

The State Government of Odisha has decided to hike by 11% Dearness Allowance to its employees from July 2021.

As per the media news, the Odisha Sate Government has declared to hike Dearness Allowance (DA) by 11 percent for the employees and pensioners with effect from 1st July 2021.

Following the Central Government DA pattern to Government employees, the another State Government has implemented the same to their employees. The Central Government had declared 11% hike in DA and DR after the ‘Freezing Period of DA’ (January 2020 to June 2021) for Central Government employees and Pensioners.

As festival gift, the Odisha State Government today announced 28% (17% + 11%) Dearness Allowance from 1st July 2021 for all employees and pensioners.

The DA Arrears for the month of July, August and September may grant with the month of October salary or pension.
