7th Pay Commission Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) and Patient Care Allowance (PCA) for Central Govt Employees

Hospital Patient Care Allowance Eligibility

Patient Care Allowance (PCA) and Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) are provided to the staff working with patients affected with spread diseases with in hospitals.

PCA and HPCA allowances are given for the employees working routinely with handling of infected things, sensitive tools, dispensing medicines and cautious instruments and equipment.

Patient care Allowance as per 6th CPC

The pre revised rates of Hospital Patient care Allowance Rs. 2,100 pm for Group C’ staff and Rs. 2,085 pm for GroupD’ Staff. Patient Care Allowance Rs. 2,070 pm for both Group `C’ and ‘D’ staff
