40 Days PLB Bonus for Defence Civilian Employees

40 Days Bonus for Defence Civilians of Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) for 2018-19

40 Days Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) Defence Civilians of the Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) for the year 2018-19

Central declared 40 Days wages in cash as Productivity Linked Bonus for the year 2018-19 to all eligible Army Civilian Employees.

The payment of bonus will be paid to all eligible Group B Non Gazetted officers and Group C civilian employees of AOC with the ceiling of Rs. 7000 (7000 x 40 / 30.4).

Productivity Linked Bonus to the casual labourer will be paid at the assumed wages of Rs.1200 per month (1200 x 40/30.4).

Earlier, the Cabinet Committee decided 78 Days bonus for Railway Employees and all Central Government employees are expecting Ad-hoc Bonus announcement for the year 2018-19.

Last year all Central Government employees were granted 30 days ad hoc bonus with the calculation emoluments ceiling of Rs. 7000 (7000 x 30 / 30.4 = Rs. 6908).

Productivity Linked Bonus to the casual labourer will be paid at the assumed wages of Rs.1200/- p.m. (1200×40/30.4) for the accounting year 2018-19. However, in cases where the actual wages fall below Rs.1200/- p.m., the amount will be calculated on the actual monthly wages. The other conditions remain unchanged.
