Detailed Reimbursement Package Rate list has been issued by the CGHS
More than 1700 treatment procedures and investigations are classified under Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) and fixed Rates for Non-NABH, Non-NABL and NABH, NABL accredited empanelled hospitals in 2014. The CGHS package rate list for Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Allahabad issued separately.
And now the Directorate General of CGHS has notified the list of non-availability of CGHS rates for some of the investigations on 14 January 2020. The unlisted investigations and unlisted implants with recommended rates are as under…
- Kappa Lambda Light Chains, Free, Serum: Rs. 3,500
- Serum IGE level: Rs. 300
- NT-Pro BNP: Rs. 1,800
- CECT Chest: Rs. 2,500 including CD
- MRI-Prostate (Multi-parametric): Rs. 6,000 including CD
- HCV RNA Quantitative: Rs. 1,500
- Tarcolimus: Rs. 2,300
- Protein Creatinine Ratio, Urine: Rs. 120
- Fibroscan Liver: Rs. 1,000
- HLA B27 (PCR): Rs. 500
- Montoux Test: Rs. 175
- Procalcitonin: Rs. 1,800
- TORCH Test: Rs. 1,120
- Lntracoronary OCT (AIIMS Rates): Rs. 65,000 + GST
- FFR Wire cost (AIIMS Rates): Wire as per AIIMS rates of Rs. 23,500 + GST And procedure charges as per existing CGHS rates of Rs. 15,000 for NABH and Rs. 12,750 for Non NABH hospitals
The rates for investigations from S.No.1 to S.No.13 are for Non-NABL/ Non-NABH accredited HCOs. The rates for NABL/ NABH accredited HCOs shall be 15% more. The rates from S.No.14 &15 shall be common for both NABH-accredited /Non-NABH accredited HCOs.
