11th Pay Commission (Revision) for Kerala Government Employees

Rule 9:

An employee in the scale of pay of ₹ 89000-120000 is drawing basic pay ₹ 120000 and Residuary Pay ₹ 4500 w.e.f. 01.07.2014, his pay in the revised scale of pay of ₹ 123700-166800 as on 01.07.2019 will be ₹ 166800. His Residuary Pay in the revised scale will be ₹ 5760 (1.28×4500=5760)

Rule 10:

An employee in the scale of pay of ₹ 60900-103600 is drawing basic pay ₹ 97000 and Special Pay of ₹ 1300 in lieu of a higher time scale w.e.f. 01.5.2019, his pay in the revised scale of pay of ₹ 85000-143600 as on 01.07.2019 will be ₹ 134900. His Special Pay in the revised scale will be ₹ 1670 (1.28×1300=1664 rounded to 1670).

Rule 11:

An employee in the scale of pay of ₹ 18000-41500 is drawing two stagnation
increments w.e.f. 01.05.2019. His pay in the revised scale of pay of ₹ 25100-57900 will be regulated as follows:
