The Directorate of Estates administers the booking of Holiday Homes and Touring Officers’ Hostels (TOH) of the Government of India which are maintained by the Central Public Works Department. All the Holiday Homes and Touring Officers’ Hostels have various types of rooms to cater to the different requirements of guests. All the bookings and payments of Holiday Homes and TOH are done online through the eSampada website and mobile app. The bookings are done on a ‘first-come, first-serve basis subject to fulfillment of prescribed eligibility, time limit and payment of booking charges, etc.

E-Sampada is an online portal that has managed 109474 GPRA, 340 Localities, and 62 Guest Houses in 70 Cites online. The Directorate of Estates is working under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and it has 8 Regional Offices located in Chandigarh, Chennai, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, and Shimla, and 31 other locations across the country. The Directorate of Estates manages the Holiday Homes and Touring Officers’ Hostels across India with an automated booking system. The allotment and advance booking system through online only.

- 2nd Step: Click the ‘Login’ in the front page corner
- 3rd Step: Click the ‘Registration Here’ link
- 4th Step: Fill the Registration Form with your details and submit
- 5th Step: Verification with your mobile phone through OTP
- 6th Step: After verification, a new form will open. Fill in your joining and retirement details
- 7th Step: Registration process over! You will get a message with login details.
E Sampada Mobile App Download
After successful registration in the E-Sampada portal, subscribers have to update their profile section. All details including PAN Number with a scanned copy of passport size photo. And fill in all the information and click the Update Profile button. That’s all! Once update the profile you can check and book your holiday home and CPWD Touring Hostel Guest House immediately!

The core service of the Directorate of Estates is to administer the allotment of Government Residential Accommodation to the officers/officials of eligible offices of the Government of India. The allotment process is completely automated and is done through the online application of allotment.
- Along with the allotment, the Directorate provides services like –

- Regularization of Accommodation
- Allotment of accommodation on a temporary basis (Marriage purpose, etc.)
- Clearance / No Demand Certificate
- Actions were taken against subletting
The accommodation is allotted as per the eligibility of the applicant. The eligibility is affected by multiple factors like –

- Pay level

NOTICE
E-Sampada Mobile App is now available on Android and iOS. Use it for submitting your allotment preference for the month of September 2021 onwards & Acceptance of allotment.
*As an Incentive Scheme, it is to inform that:
(a) Applicants eligible for allotment of Type-VII houses can bid for Type-VIII at CWG Village w.e.f bidding cycle commencing from 1st September 2021.
(b) Similarly, applicants eligible for Type-6A can bid for Type-6B at CWG Village w.e.f bidding cycle commencing from 1st September 2021.
(c) They will be liable to pay Licence Fees and CAM charges as applicable.*
