Last Modified: April 7, 2023

Transportation in India’s national capital is provided by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). In terms of size and effectiveness, it ranks among the world’s top metros. Therefore, it has a straightforward pay scale for all employees, from entry-level workers to C-suite executives.
Salary Postings for DMRC’s Minimum Wage

All DMRC personnel’ salaries are summarised in a single table, organized by salary grade. Both executive and non-executive positions are available. A different salary band applies to each classification. The monthly base compensation for non-executive employees is from Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 50,000, while the monthly base income for executive employees ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 160,000. There are two distinct types of employees in the non-executive category: those who are not supervisors and those who are. The category of Executive Officers is further broken down into the Executive BOD and the Functional BOD. There are allowances and benefits on top of this income, such as medical insurance and a housing allowance. Executives can get pay raises and promotions depending on their performance, too.
