All DMRC personnel’ salaries are summarised in a single table, organized by salary grade. Both executive and non-executive positions are available. A different salary band applies to each classification. The monthly base compensation for non-executive employees is from Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 50,000, while the monthly base income for executive employees ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 160,000. The category of Executive Officers is further broken down into the Executive BOD and the Functional BOD. There are allowances and benefits on top of this income, such as medical insurance and a housing allowance. Executives can get pay raises and promotions depending on their performance, too.
