he Department of Expenditure has issued an office order on 14.11.2019 regarding the revision of rates of Special Allowance and Qualification Pay for Accounts cadre. As per the OM, the new rates of Special Allowance and Qualification Pay for the staff working in Office of C&AG of India, Office of CGA, Office of CGDA and IPTAFS.

Special Allowance
Office of C&AG of India: Rs. 360 pm for 1st year and Rs. 630 pm for 2nd year
Office of CGA: Rs. 360 pm for 1st year and Rs. 630 pm for 2nd year
Office of CGDA: Rs. 360 pm for 1st year and Rs. 630 pm for 2nd year
IPTAFS: NA

Qualification Pay
Office of C&AG of India: Rs. 270 pm
Office of CGA: Rs. 270 pm
Office of CGDA: NA
IPTAFS: Rs.270 pm
