MK Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, has said that all state employees, including teachers, will get a 4% Dearness Allowance (DA) raise on January 1, 2023. The state government made a good choice by taking this action because it will help teachers and other state workers out financially.
Teachers and government workers in Tamil Nadu will have a better life because the Chief Minister said that DA would go up by another 4%. The increase in DA of 4% will happen on January 1, 2023. Because of the increase in DA, they will be able to pay for their daily needs and have some extra money to save for the future. As a result, they will be able to pay their staff and teachers more money, which will also help the state government’s finances.
It’s good that the Dearness Allowance for teachers, retirees, and family pensioners in Tamil Nadu has just gone up by 4%. The DA as a whole is now at 38%. The amount of DA or DR will be based on the basic wage or basic pension.
As a New Year’s gift to the state’s public employees, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu gave them a 4% Dearness Allowance (DA) raise. This will help workers, retirees, and family retirees with their money more.
