Level 13A in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
The table outlining pay hierarchy consists of two elements – the “Horizontal range” which indicates pay levels, and the “Vertical range” which outlines the pay progression within each level. The progression involves a three percent annual financial increase between adjacent cells, although some stages may reflect a higher increase while others may show less than three percent. 7th Pay Matrix Level 13A Hand Salary
As of January 2023, employees classified as X Class working in TPTA-classified cities with basic pay of Rs. 131,100 and the Pay Matrix Level is Level 13A (8900 GP) for the employees working in the X Class (HRA 27%) will receive a total monthly salary calculation including a 46% DA. However, the final take-home salary, also known as the hand salary, will be determined after employee contributions towards NPS and CGEGIS are deducted according to their position.
